Description

A handsome and good quality antique Edwardian music cabinet in Mahogany with satinwood banding dating from circa 1905. In mahogany, it comprises 5 drawers which drop down when opened to allow sheet music/papers to be stored. The drawers have their original attractive drop handles and it stands on slim tapered square legs which terminate in brass and ceramic casters. A really stylish and useful item that would make a great music cabinet, collectors chest, hall unit or filing cabinet. The drop down drawers have a very unusual design with brass hinges halfway down, each drawer stamped “PROTECTED”.
