A really good quality antique Edwardian mahogany and inlaid double bed dating from circa 1905. In a richly figured mahogany frame, with a tall headboard and footboard inlaid with satinwood. Featuring attractive neoclassical marquetry designs of swags and bows to the central splats of both the headboard and footboard. With original brass wheels to the front and back. It has a Vono-type frame which is easily assembled or dis-assembled (supplied with spanner). Good warm patina and colour to the frame. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails which makes a very solid bed (no mattress or base included).
