Description

A good set of 4 antique early Victorian mahogany dining chairs, dating from circa 1840s. Featuring oblong top rails above carved centre rails, they stand on turned legs to the front and sabre legs to the back. The drop-in seats have been newly reupholstered. A lovely rich colour with a warm patina to the mahogany. Solid and sturdy. Some old mends to the seat frames.
