An impressive tall antique late Victorian carved oak pedestal cabinet with drawer dating from circa 1890. In beautifully figured oak, it features an oversailing top with a carved and shaped gallery above a single carved frieze drawer and carved panelled door. The door opens to reveal a single removable shelf and it stands on turned legs united by an under shelf. The drawer features carved leaves and foliage and has a brass gothic drop handle and is fitted with a removable divider. A very attractive and useful cupboard with good colour and patina.
