A handsome pair of antique Victorian mahogany open armchairs or carvers dating from circa 1840. With elegant scrolled arms, the curved oblong top-rails and carved crossbars above drop-in seats on turned front legs. Solid and sturdy, would make a wonderful pair of dining chairs.

Solid and sturdy. Wear and marks commensurate with age. A few marks to fabric, upholstery a little tired, useable but would benefit reupholstering.
