A Folky Pair Of 16th Century English Oak Romayne Panels.Each carved with a quatrefoil leaf at the base and a profile portrait at the top,it has been mentioned to me that they possibly represent a pair of monks,these sit nicely in a moulded edge border with incised leaf and swirls,the edges also show signs of a faint green paint or stain.
