Description

Designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1960 for the lobby of the Time-Life Building in New York. Used by Bobby Fisher and Boris Spasky in the 1972 World Chess Championship. It was also the prefered chair of Michael Parkinson for his chat shows. Comfortable but smaller than the Eames lounge chair.It is covered in a soft chocolate leather. The backrest is in good condition but there is a split in the seat and the armrests are distressed.
