This is large burr walnut campaign writing slope with brass bandings, detailed escutcheon plate and large ungraved cartouch.The slope has a green baize writing surface and still retains its original letter holding straps.
There are three secret drawers present and the mechanism to reveal these is still in working order. There is also a tilting pen tray, lifting lid and stamp slope present.
This writing slope has a working lock and key present.
