Description

We are delighted to offer for sale a fine quality early 20th century George V period hallmarked sterling silver Kiddush Cup.

The cup is a heavier gauge of silver and has an engraved palm leaf decoration on either side of a large vacant cartouche. The cup is of traditional form with nice crisp hallmarks to the base.

Condition report: In overall good condition with just some regular wear as is to be expected after over 100 years of use, there is a few minor dints and the base is ever so slightly misshapen and there is a slight knock to the rim, the cap has the usual surface scratches and minor tarnish marks.

A fine quality and highly usable Kiddush cup ideal for use on Shabbat or festivals, and a perfect addition to any fine silver or Judaica collection.
