Brief history:

The firm of Goldsmiths & Silversmiths was established in 1880 by William Gibson & John Lawrence Langham at No 112 Regents Street at premises previously used by John Joseph Mechi. In 1893 the firm absorbed Goldsmiths Alliance and was renamed Goldsmiths & Silversmiths, it was amalgamated with Garrard & Co in 1952.
