Arthur Vandyk Antiques are delighted to offer for sale this fine quality handmade Victorian hallmarked silver vase by the highly regarded firm of silversmiths Hilliard & Thomason. This very pretty vase has delightful Rococo style floral and scroll repousse decoration and a Rococo style asymmetrical vacant cartouche.

Condition Report

In overall good condition, there is a couple of slight dents to the cartouche and base plus a very minor knock to the rim, usual age related surface scratches and tarnish marks. but the vase is in overall excellent order for its 122 year age.

A beautiful example of quality English silverware that would make an ideal gift or a fine addition to any quality silver collection.
