Arthur Vandyk Antiques are delighted to offer for sale this delightful George III period late 18th Century Irish silver Celtic point tablespoon, which has a lovely large period crest to the terminal of the handle.

The details are as follows:

Silversmith: Unknown, overstruck mark.

Assay office: Dublin

Year of manufacture: 1787

Length: 22 cm

Length of bowl: 7.5 cm

Width of bowl: 5 cm

Weight: 55 grams

Condition report:

In overall very good condition for its age, the spoon has age related marks and scratches some of which are deeper and some very minor wear to the bowl, overall a beautiful and collectable example.
