Antique 18thc Indeture dating to 1781 land lease deed Indenture Hand Writen in ink on Vellum parchment this antique 18th c land deed lease document relating to the lease of land in the chester area to a Joseph Turner of Chester in the year 1781 georgian era,the indenture with wax seal and stamps signed and sealed in the presence of John George Norbury.
This large indenture has its indented shaping and is framed in a later Hogarth style frame and is presented Framed double glazed within the frame so that the front and back of the indenture can be seen veiwed.
