the tapering case with glazed door is a lovely rich mahogany with wonderful patina, brass weights and cylindrical brass pendulum, standing on bun feet.
striking the hour on a gong, the eight day movement is in very good working order and is keeping excellent time, overall this really is a super quality clock and its neat proportions make it suitable for most homes.
