Pair of Carved Blackforest Picture Frames.The frames are carved as rustic branches with a good depth of carving. The pictures within the frames are oileographs of Oil Paintings by Cornelius Kreighoff (1815-1872) the famous Dutch Canadian painter who spent his early years in Bavaria hence the choice of frames. The Oileographs are damaged but still retain a charm but it is the frames we have valued.
