Entitled Old Houses Of Chester dated 1642.
Plate number 51. Signed & dated G Cuitt 1814.
The artist George Cuitt studied in Rome for 6 years & on his return moved to Chester where he etched Old Buildings Castles & Abbeys from Chester, Yorkshire & North Wales.
He retired to Masham Nr Richmond where he died in 1854.
Condition very good, framed & mounted.
