A near pair of Victorian low back Windsor armchairs, which retain a wonderfully patinated surface history.  This classic English form of robust Victorian seating, goes by many names which include, ‘the smokers bow’, ‘elbow chair’, ‘captain’s chair’, ‘collar back’ and ‘Tavern Windsor’. Arguably the most durable and comfortable of the popular Windsor form, this paid retail full seat height, and have been re-glued and polished ready for use in a variety of settings.
