A superb freestanding Maple & Co Sheraton revival mahogany and inlaid writing desk. The top having a superstructure with 2 concave falls inlaid with satinwood crossbanding between boxwood and ebony stringing with brass galleries above. The falls lift to reveal 2 stationary compartments which can be pulled out below are 2 small drawers. The writing surface with a replaced hand dyed green leather with gold tooling. The whole raised on square tapering legs with brass casters. Condition is Excellent with working locks and keyPLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS.
