Here we have for sale today this wonderful Georgian Period Oak dresser base.
Dating from around 1750 and all made in English Oak.
Raised on these bracket feet, and all made in this typical joint and peg construction, and having 3 drawers over 3 paneled doors, also paneled sides and a polished top.
Drawers fitted with these brass handles and brass keyhole escutcheons. The doors enclosing 3 separate compartments, each compartment fitted with a shelf, doors also are fitted with brass keyhole plates, and fitted with working locks and key.
Having its original polish plus patina its a warm oak colour with a wonderful polish.
This base is solid in all its joints with NO woodworm.

Unless otherwise stated all item are in excellent condition and ready to use, with all upholstered items been recently upholstered, we can also offer a re-upholstery service, in customers own fabric, or from our wide range of Linwood & Jim Dickens fabrics (samples available)

Collection FREE, delivery available England and Wales, London area £45 with the large items and chair sets we usually deliver to central England & Wales for the asking price, for further afield please contact for costing’s, we deliver large items ourselves, with all items packed and wrapped to insure no damage, with years of experience, smaller items will be sent by carrier please contact for costing.

Payment methods can be by Bank to Bank transfer, cash, cheque, credit or debit card. All moneys must be cleared before items are delivered or collected. We offer a UK, 7 day full money refund if items are not as described or do not suit your requirements (excluding logistics)

We have sold furniture to international customers, and have had their shippers collect from our workshop. We have also had items shipped abroad door to door all insurance covered, contact for quotes. .
