Description

This is a good size vintage arched Silver Plated 6 Slice Toast Rack. The base is an elongated oval standing on 4 ball feet from which the rounded arches rise. The handle is a ring connected to the central arch by further ball. It is hard to date exactly but probably dates to around the 1960s.

Condition is very good with no dings or dents and no loss of silver plate except a small spot on the underside of each of the ball feet where the toast rack sits on a surface, which is pretty hard to avoid and not visible during use. Please make sure to view all the photographs.

The toast rack is a good size and will hold full slices of toasted bread securely. It is 16cm / 6.25" long, 6.3cm / 2.5" wide and stands 14.5cm / 5.75" high to the top of the handle. It weighs 182g / 6.4oz.
