RARE highly decorative 19th century 15" long No. 98 "IMPROVED REGSITERED PLUMB AND LEVEL" by E. PRESTON & SONS of BIRMINGHAM. Rosewood with brass corners and beautifully shaped brass top and sides with green bubbles. There is a boxwood insert to the top with the initials AB nicely engraved which could have been added later. One of the most sought after designs by this maker.Price includes UK postage and packing.
