Description

Antique Art Nouveau Burr Walnut Double Bed and dating from around 1890. Constructed from quality walnut both the head and footboard mirror each other and with a stylised shaped and carved pediment top above a carved tulip panel with squared supports and three panels carved with typically stylised Art Nouveau Tulips with panel below. It has squared bed posts leading to squared legs and has its original screw in side rails.

Measures 59" high to headboard x 48" high to footboard x 80" long x 54" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
