Description

Burr Walnut Queen Anne Style Linen Clothes Press and dating from around 1920. Constructed from quality walnut it has a polished top with cross banded and moulded edge above two doors with moulded arched panels of Burr walnut with original brass handle and key. Internally there are six mahogany sliding drawers. To the base there are two long drawers both of which are mahogany lined with original brass handles and burr walnut fronts. It stands on lovely cabriole legs with moulded shell to the shoulder and on a pad foot.

Measures 63" high x 21" deep x 37" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
