Description

Antique Victorian Mahogany 6ft Open Bookcase and dating from around 1880. Constructed form quality mahogany in the Queen Anne style it has a polished top with cross banded frieze and carved Acanthus leaf corbal supports to each side and to the central divide which has two fully adjustable shelves side and has a plinth base standing on cabriole legs with a carved foot.

Measures 48" high x 11.5" deep x internal depth 9.5" x 72" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
