Description

Antique Georgian Oak Blanket Chest and dating from around the time of George 111 c1780. Constructed from quality oak it has a moulded edge to the plank top. To the front are two brass lock escutcheons with original lock but no key. It is moulded to the base and stands on shaped bracket feet. The top has its original iron hinges.

Measures 27" high x 22" deep x 46" wide

In very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
