Description

Antique Victorian Walnut Double Bed and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality walnut both the footboard and the headboard are the same having a thick moulded top rail with an arched frieze below, with five slatts to each side of a central carved oval panel with a burr walnut centre. It stands on square legs on castors and has its original screw in side rails.

Takes a standard double mattress.
Measures 50" high to headboard x 38" high to footboard x 54" wide x 80" long

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
