Description

Lovely Antique Edwardian Mahogany Bonheur De Jour / Ladies writing desk and dating from aorund 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a letter rack to the centre with serpentine shaped top and with original glass inkwell and pen tray. To either side there are two small drawers with moulded gallery tops and small gilt brass handles. It has a leather writing surface and to the base there is a long drawer with moulded edges and with ornate gilt brass handles. All of the drawers are oak lined and it stands on turned and reeded legs.
