Description

Superb Antique Edwardian Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating from aorund 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top above a half spindle frieze and with two shaped flamed mahogany panelled doors with cross banded frame and original lock and working key above two sets of false drawer fronts with brass handles giving the wardrobe the illusion of a Press. Internally it is all hanging with brass rail. To the base of the wardrobe there is one long deep drawer which is oak lined and with brass swan neck handles and it stands on splayed braket feet joined by a shaped frieze.
