Offered for sale is this good set of six mahogany Chippendale style dining chairs dating to about 1900 and consisting of five single and one carver chairs The chairs have a shaped and carved back rail above a pierced and carved centre splat over newly recovered drop-in seats above carved cabriole supports with acanthus carved shoulders and ball & claw feet. The chairs are offered in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm and the woodwork cleaned, revived and waxed. The seats have been newly recovered in a neutral cream John Lewis fabric.
