Offered for sale is this good set of four Victorian mahogany spear point dining chairs by James Reilly of Manchester and dating to about 1880. The chairs are a medium brown mahogany colour. The set of four mahogany spear point chairs have a carved back rail with a pierced centre splat above Trafalgar seats reupholstered in a neutral cream and gold fabric standing on turned and fluted supports. Some of the chairs are stamped with the makers name " James Reilly of Manchester", a 19th century chair maker who produced high quality chairs. The set of four antique mahogany dining chairs are in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm and have been cleaned, revived and waxed.
