A good quality standing corner set of shelves in burr walnut and unusually cross banded in amboyna with boxwood and ebony string inlay. This Victorian 19th century corner whatnot has the more desirable tight burr walnut indicative of quality and a fine fretwork pediment. In excellent condition. Circa 1870. Measures 50”h x 17”d ( max)
