A great quality mahogany regency Georgian library desk office arm chair of Gillows design with generous proportions and a great weight. With fabulous reeded and turned legs on original brass castors. A serpentine shaped seat with a comfortable concave shaped padded top rail terminating in finely carved arms. Circa 1825. Measures 29"w x 29"h x 26"d. Seat 22"w x 22"d. Price quoted is as is. In our opinion this would benefit from going to our workshops and having the joints stabilised and a covering added of your choice - leather or fabric(cost for this would be £500). In original condition.
