Description

These splendid elephants were purchased locally from a gentleman who bought them some years ago from a temple which was being demolished in Rajasthan in North East India. Carved from solid timber and covered with a layer of plaster with painted and applied decoration. Good solid condition but rather beautifully distressed and full of character.
