Description

Fine pair of mid 19th.c. open armchairs c.1860. Shapely walnut frames with crisply carved detail. High upholstered backs with carved and pierced top rail over padded arms and a large sprung seat. Carved apron and slim cabriole front legs. Very good condition with clean and serviceable covers in a patterned faun velvet brocade.
Dimensions: width 26″, depth 31″, height 41½”.
