Description

Delightful little early 19th.c. oak dresser base c.1810. Unusual dimensions, just 56″ wide. Two plank top with an applied rounded edge over two cupboards fitted with shelves and a central bank of three drawers of graduated depth. Raised and fielded door panels, unusual ebonised cockbeading to the edges to the doors and drawers and lovely Gothic pattern brass handles (later 19th.c. replacements). Original base moulding and bracket feet front and rear. Oak panelled sides and floor boards. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
