Description

Large late Georgian oak dresser base c.1810. Solid oak plank top with canted corners and an unusually deep moulded edge. Over seven drawers of graduated height arranged around a small central cupboard. Quality brass handles with shapely back plates and escutcheons. Shaped raised and fielded door panel with a moulded surround. Unusual fluted column detail to the front corners. Raised and fielded side panels, ogee base moulding and shaped bracket feet front and rear. Excellent colour and condition with previous repairs and restorations. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
