Description

Early 19th.c. Welsh Dresser base, South Wales c.1810. Two plank oak top with an applied moulding to the underside of the edge. Over five drawers with cockbeaded and mahogany crossbanded drawer fronts with brass knobs. Raised centre to the apron with pierced brackets at the corners. Four turned column front legs over an open potboard display shelf with moulded edge. Oak panelled sides. Old marks and wear to the top, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
