Nice hand carved chip cut tramp art picture frame,c1930.This is a nice genuine example with early/ original backing paper from a packing case or similar (the script refers to an upholsterers in Tottenham Court Road London). The picture depicts the British Royal family around 1930 (I think George V, George VI and Edward VIII?). Overall condition is good with minor wear/marks etc in line with age and use.
