Description

Fine pair of late 19th century framed portrait miniatures,c1880. In their original wood frames with brass hanging rings, they appear to be reverse painted on glass , but I am not sure? One depicts a lady in Victorian dress and the other is inscribed in gold script Napoleon 1846. On the rear of the Napoleon picture someone has hand written an inscription " Henry ? (surname illegible) to dear Ma 1903". They are both in good original antique condition with minor chips/marks, as you would expect from examples of this age.
