Description

Fine early 19th century large cast metal statue of embracing putti/cherub, c1820. This has been beautifully cast with lovely fine detail to the features, hair, fingers etc. The metal has aged well and taken on great colour/patina. Overall condition is good and exactly as you would expect from a piece of this age. There are holes around the base which indicate at some point in its life it would have been mounted on something, but it now works well as a standalone decorative piece.
