Pair Carved Oak Green Man Wall Brackets

Description
A fine pair of circa early 19th century wall brackets.Stunning detail from the canted top to the wonderfully carved Green Man mask with caryatid to the sides and scrolling foliate terminal.
Beautiful patination.
Minor knocks, indentations and nicks, as well as a few splits and some small losses all of which may well be appreciated with items such as this. Furthermore is some loss to the arm of one side figure as shown within the images.
