Morris & Co Style Edwardian Fire ScreenFabulous large fire screen dating to around 1900, in the manner of John Henry Dearl a tapestry designer for Morris & Co.
A needle point all worked by hand , the shading to the foliage is particularly good.
Size: 21” wide x 39 1/2” tall x 11 1/2” deep at the foot
Condition: Minor age related marks and scratches to wooden frame as you might expect. Colours are muted but not overly faded. No holes or worn threads. What I would describe as great antique condition.
