Description

A good 19th c large copper cauldron, stock or soup vessel with matching lid and brass tap. The vessel is English and dates from about 1890. The tinning inside is in good condition, with very little bruising externally..Stamped W V and maker Cheapside.
Excellent for continued culinary use or as a domestic container for plants, home brewing, kindling or logs etc. Capacity about 5 gallons or 25 litres. A good example of an increasingly rare vessel
