A Large Georgian 3 Drawer Pine Mule Chest.

The Mule chest dates from around 1800, it has three moulded panels on the front and another on each side with 3 drawers at the bottom

This Georgian Mule chest has a small wooden stay at one side to keep it open when in use
The top of the box has a moulded edge, it has blacksmith made strap hinges and brass escutcheons and handles.
This is a good rustic piece has never been painted so comes in its original old waxed pine finish, it is in good sound condition for its age, all the wood worm is now dead
The box it measures 48’’ wide x 21’’ deep and stands 30’’ high
