Superb Metamorphic Mahogany Pedestal Filing Cabinet Desk by Shanon

This compact piece, is very deceptive, on the front we have 5 Dummy drawers, this piece swings out to the right revealing 10 filing drawers, 8 of which are fitted with spring loaded box files, further in the cabinet there are 2 more tall fitted file holders. Also there is a long writing slide half of which is leather topped, it has a pen rest in the middle and the other half is in slate
This is a Brilliant piece, ideal for the home office it is a bit difficult to explain but basically, there is a lot of storage in a very compact and versatile piece of furniture. The pedestal is in good condition, it is all working it has brass fittings and is made in good quality Mahogany
The closed pedestal is 31” high, 19” wide and 31” deep
