Description

An 18th. century SILVER FISH SERVER, hallmarked for LONDON 1792,
and with the maker`s mark - M?, probably Miles Askew.
An eye shaped blade, slightly saucered, and with lattice shaped piercing to allow liquid to be drained off the serving.
The handle is traditional fiddle shape, with a very interesting armorial of a bear`s paw holding a cross.

All is excellent condition, despite being 227 years old.
