A superb medium sized Dorcas Thimble.
Made by Charles Horner.
In excellent, unused condition.

Dorcas is a trade name belonging to Charles Horner.
It refers to a steel thimble overlaid with a coat of silver.
Dates between 1890 and 1920.

An excellent thimble, in absolutely unused condition.
No holes, dents or damage.
No needle scratches.

Height:- 22 millimetres / 0.87 inches.
Internal width:- 15mms. / 0.59 ins.
Weight:- 5.8 grams / 0.19 ounces.
