Silver 0.900 and niello Vacheron & Constantin pocket watch with alarm, made in Switzerland in 1920. The pocket watch is signed: Vacheron & Constantin on the case. The pocket watch is complete with original box and niello chain.

Dial: The white enamel dial has luminous Arabic numerals, luminous hands, a subsidiary second’s dial at the six and an alarm dial at the twelve. The time is set by pushing in the left-hand button and turning the winder. The alarm is set by pressing the right-hand button and again turning the winder. The winder is new.

Movement: The high-grade Swiss made gilt frosted anchor movement is clean and has 17 Rubis, Breguet spiral, high swan regulator, compensated balance. The alarm pocket watch is in very good working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.

Case: The watch lies in an open face silver and niello case with all hinges closing tightly. The back of the niello case is in great condition. The inner side of the case is signed: “Fabrique Pour Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve” and numbered: 112333. The back of the case can be opened so the watch can stand straight and be used as alarm clock.
