Description

A Georgian mahogany cheese coaster circa 1800. With scrolled,turned ends and finished with ring paterae sitting on small brass castors. In good condition with just a couple of small historic repairs that are barely visible.
Cheese coasters would only have been found in the grander homes to move cheese around the dining table but could also be used now as a fruit bowl.

Height - 8" Length - 17" Width - 7.5"

All items are checked by our restoration team and any work is sympathetically carried out. Therefore condition is excellent, commensurate with age and items are ready to go straight into the home for immediate use. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or request additional pictures.
