A lovely early 20th century (1920s), black lacquered chinoiserie standard lamp decorated with a rural scene and oriental gentleman to the base and further fine floral and foliage decoration along the stem of the lamp. Circa 1920's There is a very slight bend in the lamp due to natural shrinkage of the wood over the last 100 years. This does not detract from the elegance and aesthetics of the lamp. There is a slight bend in the lamp that does not distract from the lamp.MEASUREMENTS: Height with Shade 72" - 182cm Base diameter 14" - 35cm
